Are the caravans fully equipped?

Yes, our caravans are equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Travel cot and high chair available on request. Travel cot bedding not supplied.

Do you provide family-friendly activities?

We offer a range of family-friendly DVD's & board games to keep guests of all ages entertained.

Can I bring my pet along?

Absolutely! We welcome pets in our pet-friendly caravans, where they can enjoy the holiday too.

They are welcome in:

 Smokey's Restaurant & outside seating area  

The Lido Restaurant ( to the right of the entrance & outside but not the pool area 

The Viking Bar & garden area (Not Theatre) 

A charge of £10 per dog. Up to 2 dogs. 

Dogs are to be on lead at all times. 

There is a dog field and dog wash just off Chainbridge Lane West Sands. 

Entertainment Passes @ Seal Bay Resort

Seal Bay Resort Entertainment Passes are not included but can be purchased online from the park if you wish to use the pools and theatres. 

Deposit

We ask a deposit of £75 per Caravan which is refundable after you leave and the van is checked. This is usually within 72 hours after you leave. 

Seal Bay Resort Rules

The park has a strict NO disposable BBQ policy.

No vehicle charging from the caravan is allowed. There is charging in the village carpark behind The Crown pub. 

No parking on the grass as per park rules. 

No electric scooters are allowed on park

10mph speed limit on park. 

Dogs are not to be left in caravans unattended
